Features
  • Earnings, Deductions, & Benefits - Create categories for earnings, deductions, and benefits.  Earnings categories for employees include salary, hourly, overtime, per diem, commission, and other.  Users can also add an unlimited number of deductions and choose from a variety of calculation and frequency options.
  • Timed Deductions - A useful deduction feature is the ability to deduct a specific amount from an employee's cheque for a specified time period.  You can also choose to deduct amounts up to a maximum.  These temporary deductions are useful for garnishees or internal loans.
  • Pay runs - Perform as many pay runs for a period as you like.  You can add, edit, or remove earnings as long as the active pay run has not been confirmed.  Once confirmed, the amounts can not be changed.
  • User-Defined Deductions - These deductions can be deducted as often as you like and can be added on the fly.  They are useful in operations that offer various deductions, however, the deductions are not predictable.  Advances to employees would be the most common example of a user defined deduction.
  • Workers' Compensation - PayCHECK automatically calculates your WCB remittances for both employees and subcontractors.  Payments to subcontractors will accumulate throughout the year and you can print your annual subcontractor report and remit to your Workers' Compensation Board.
  • Reporting - Compile useful sales reports and accounts receivable lists that can help you measure your company's historical performance.  All documents created within EstiMATE can be previewed, printed, or exported as .DOC, .XLS, and .PDF.

Cheque styles PayCHECK supports the following cheque styles: NEBS 9024, NEBS 9085, NEBS 9209, and NEBS 6393.
Printers PayCHECK is designed to print to laser and ink jet printers.  There have been problems reported related to PHOTO PRINTERS so we do not recommend using photo printers to print reports or pay cheques.  these printers are intended to print photographs and do not support the required page margins for PayCHECK.  PayCHECK will print to dot matrix printers with varying quality.  Therefore,  we do not recommend using DOT MATRIX printers.
