Company Profile :

           Tacoma Solutions was originally founded in 1983 by a group of accounting
           professionals seeking to revolutionize processing of business transactions
           for small and medium sized business.

As the company grew, it added more customers and products directed at a
number of different industry sectors including:

                          Petroleum retailers
                          Automotive repair shops
                          General retail/convenience
                          Accounting

           Since 2002, we have worked diligently on redeveloping many of our existing
           systems to incorporate some of the latest technology offered by our new
           partner Microsoft®. We are excited about this new relationship and are
           confident that you will see that we have continued to develop fast, user-
           friendly business solutions with the highest degree of accounting integrity.

           In 2004, we officially released PayCHECK. This human resource and
           payroll system will bring to you many of the features of our existing payroll,
           however, it will be much easier to use and much more flexible.   Beta test
           results have indicated that our testers were excited and enthusiastic about
           PayCHECK and have embraced it with little disruption to their business.
           Also in 2004 we will release an application (codenamed Falcon) for
           managing estimates, invoices, inventory, purchasing, point-of-sale,
           receivables and payables for general retailers. The release of Falcon will
           coincide with the release of the Service Writer Advanced for automotive
           retailers, which is a more robust and scaleable version of your existing
           Service Writer Express.

           In 2006, we expect to release a new back-office accounting system
           (codenamed BlueJay) that will include a new General Ledger, Accounts
           Receivable and Accounts Payable with other modules expected for release
           in late 2006. Our developers are hard at work developing BlueJay which will
           become the accounting engine that will drive our future developments.

           Computer technology today offers companies of all sizes an incredible
           number of opportunities. These opportunities, however, are not without
           added risk. Over the last couple of years an increasing portion of our
           business has been devoted to the prevention, detection, and removal of
           spyware, viruses, and SPAM.

           In order to provide existing clients and future clients with information on
           these systems and services we are currently exploring new ways to
           distribute our software as well as provide detailed information on new
           functionality so you can make the best decision regarding future systems
           for your business.
